Overview

Catalyst is a one-of-kind working environment located in Denver’s booming River North (RiNo) District.

Designed to be a place where industry leaders can come together and collaborate, Catalyst aims to be the epicenter of advancements in wellness. The campus is home to pioneers in the field from all sectors including private, academic, governmental, and nonprofit and offers organizations of any size everything from single seats to entire floors.

The futuristic environment is designed to promote joint efforts between different companies with customizable work spaces that can offer both complete privacy or openness to the catalyst community. There is also high-tech event space for larger groups (from 30 to 300).

Beyond working space, the campus houses breakout rooms, community spaces, kitchens, and rooftop terrace to facilitate spontaneous interactions. 25,000 square feet of space are dedicated to amenities alone and just beyond the doors lie almost limitless opportunities to dine, drink, shop, and be entertained — embracing the surrounding neighborhood to the fullest extent.

Catalyst is also home to a handful of commercial tenants including Logan House Coffee and The Local Drive, a golf simulator and bar and the recently opened RiNo Grill.
